Trifecta 2010

Well.... what can anyone really say about Trifecta? If you skateboard and live in the North West...then Trifecta is a given. I myself have never been to Trifecta until this year and me going was by shear luck! Ben Schroeder was on his way up from L.A., swung by The Ranch and scooped me up. We left The Ranch around 10 PM on Thursday night and pulled into Lincoln City, OR around 11 AM the next day. HESH!

Lincoln City was the first stop at Trifecta this year and the contest was held at the upper portion of the park. I didn't really watch much of the contest... I caught the heat that Devon and Brice were in then split for more lurkage at the bottom of the hill. After Lincoln City, we were off to West Lynn where Brad McClain took first place and came up on yet another pair of Skull Candy head phones! After West Lynn was Tigard and the kid that everyone had a nickname for (mine for him was Pinocchio) took first place. McClain blasted the gnarliest boneless I've ever seen in my life!

Sunday night after Trifecta was said and done = going out to this dude Dogboy's house who got us out there with the promise of BBQ and a mini ramp; neither of which was going by the time we showed up. Me in CW (Chad Jackson from Small Beatings) just kicked it while getting vibed out by the local chicks and dodged fireworks. After Dogboy's....we scooted over to Lil' Jons house. That was interesting. Then the boys took me out to my first strip club! I was hyped to say the least. We ended the night at this bar down the road from the strip club and headed toward California the next morning.

We stopped in Grants Pass at Matt and Amber's place to skate the bowl. Luis Martinez got the heshest front salad over the newest addition....which is this fucked door way. Man that was crazy! I would have had a photo of it, but Devon Crash took out my camera and nearly took me out. That guys is like a freight train!

We continued toward California...stopping hear and there...and pulled into JJ Rogers' house around 2AM. What a trip! Can't wait 'till next year! Pictures coming soon!
